What to expect from a Energy Healing Session?

 

Experiencing Energy Healing albeit in person or via distant healing, is always unique for everyone. It mainly produces a sense of deep Relaxation, which is often spoke of as the core to this beautiful modality.   The treatment/sessions are non-invasive by nature. A Re-Balancing of the energy centres known as the Chakras take place during a healing session, albiet in person on via distant healing with an overall focus on Wellbeing. There is much that can be written here about these wonderful healing modalities and many others have done so, for as we know there is an abundance of information available to us online. Personally, my preference is to answer any questions you may have and to keep our communication open in alignment with what is needed.
