What to expect from a Energy Healing Session?

Experiencing Energy Healing albeit in person or via distant healing, is always unique for everyone. It mainly produces a sense of deep Relaxation, which is often spoke of as the core to this beautiful modality.  The palms of the hands are placed on or just above the body. The treatment/sessions are non-invasive by nature A Re-Balancing of the energy centres known as the Chakras can often take place during a healing session, with an overall focus on Wellbeing. There is much that can be written here about both these healing modalities many others have done so, for as we know there is an abundance of information available to us online. Personally, my preference is to answer any questions you may have, and to keep our communication open in alignment with what is needed.

Today Reiki is used in Clinics, Private Practices, NHS Hospitals, and via Distant/Remote.

What to expect from your home visit. . 

In the comfort of your own home you will receive this gentle, calming, nurturing, and deeply relaxing healing session. Reiki is non-invasive by nature. The palms of the therapists hands are placed via a light touch on the energy centres of the body, or where guided. If needed or requested you can receive your session with the palms a few inches away from the body. Many of my home-based clients prefer to receive their session in their own place and space. It is also ideal for those that due to whatever the circumstance maybe to receive a home visit.
